Marmaris has the region's best nightlife, with an entire street dedicated to the top pubs and clubs, while Hisaronu and Kalkan are not far behind. Most venues will keep you going till the early hours of the morning, but there are some peaceful drinking spots worth visiting on your Dalaman getaway solely for the stunning sunset views.

There is an array of cuisines to try in Dalaman. Street food is extremely popular here; you will find many carts sitting along the beach fronts and cleverly placed beside scenic spots.

Beaches  

Oludeniz is also known as ‘The Blue Lagoon’ because of its brilliantly turquoise and aquamarine waters. There is a lot more to this gorgeous beach than just lying in the sand, with plenty on offer for visitors to enjoy. Oludeniz is very close to Fethiye, and is approximately 20 minutes away by Dolmus.

Dalaman Market takes place every Thursday, which is when most of the locals do their shopping.
