Day 1 Fly to Lapland

• Kick off your magical escape with an early morning flight to Kittilä, enjoying a delicious breakfast and some onboard fun along the way. On arrival, Santa’s friendly helpers will provide you with cosy thermal gear—snowsuits, boots, gloves, and hats—before your transfer to your hotel. Settle in and take in your snowy surroundings, with time to enjoy some fun in the snow before a relaxing evening and buffet dinner.

Day 2 Search for Santa

• After breakfast, prepare for a day of unforgettable Arctic adventures. Journey deep into the wilderness where you’ll experience a magical mix of activities, including a reindeer sleigh ride, an exhilarating husky safari, a thrilling snowmobile ride, and fun-filled tobogganing. During the day, visit one of Santa’s hidden forest workshops. Discover what it takes to become one of Santa’s helpers at Elf School, decorate festive treats, and step inside an elf’s cosy home. Explore the busy toy factory and see how letters from around the world are sorted at the magical post office. The highlight of your day is a private family meeting with Santa Claus, where each child can share their wishes and receive a special gift. Keep an eye out too for Santa’s famous reindeer as they rest in their snowy surroundings. Enjoy a warming lunch before returning to your hotel in the afternoon, with time to relax or explore. A buffet dinner will be served in the evening.

Day 3 Visit the Snow Village

• Enjoy a leisurely morning before heading out after lunch to the incredible Snow Village. This spectacular attraction is rebuilt each year using millions of kilos of snow and ice, creating a magical world of frozen art and design. Explore the Snow Hotel, Ice Restaurant, Ice Bar, and even an Ice Chapel, all connected by beautifully crafted corridors lined with stunning ice sculptures. There’s plenty to discover in this ever-changing winter masterpiece. Return to your hotel later that day and enjoy a festive dinner - perhaps with a surprise visit from a very special guest.

Day 4 Departure

• After breakfast, it’s time to say farewell to Lapland. Transfer to Kittilä Airport for your return flight to Dublin, enjoying a light lunch onboard as you reflect on your magical Arctic adventure.
