Instagram Giveaway

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Budget Travel X Etihad Airways Instagram Giveaway! By participating in this giveaway, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Club Travel ltd are not eligible to participate. To enter you must be a resident of the Republic of Ireland.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter the competition, participants must follow the official Budget Travel Instagram and Etihad Airways account.

Participants must like the competition post and tag at least two friends in the comments.

4. Competition Period

The competition begins on the 10th May 2024 and ends on the 30th May 2024. Entries submitted outside this time frame will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be announced on the 31st May 2024 on the official Budget Travel Instagram account and contacted via Instagram direct message for further details. We will only contact the winner from the official Budget Travel Instagram account (@budget.travel.ireland). Any messages claiming to be related to this competition received from other accounts are not legitimate.

The winner will have 48 hours to respond to the direct message. If there is no response within this time frame, a new winner will be selected.

Please allow 3-8 working days for the release of the prize as well as postage.

6. Prizes

The winner will receive the following prizes:

A €300 Arnotts Digital Gift Card

Prizes are non-transferable.

7. Prize Redemption

The €300 Arnotts Gift Card can be used at Arnotts.ie and BrownThomas.com as well as in any Brown Thomas, BT2 or Arnotts store. Gift Cards do not have an expiry date and will remain valid for as long as there is a balance on them. Please retain your gift card for 28 days following an online purchase in case of refund.

 

8. Publicity

By participating in this competition, you agree to allow Budget Travel to share your name and Instagram handle on our official social media accounts for the purpose of announcing the winner. We may also take a photo of you collecting your prize to post on our social media accounts.

9. Data Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Changes to the Competition

Budget Travel reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at its discretion. In the event of such changes, participants will be notified via Instagram.

11. Miscellaneous

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
