Corporate/Leisure Travel Consultants

 

We have an exciting opportunity for Travel Consultants to join Club Travel! Applicants must be organised, industry aware and have a passion for learning and developing.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Providing Travel Management Services to our client base

• Booking Flights, Hotels, Car Hire, Rail and other services as required

• Conversing with our clients by phone and email

• Liaise with your manager to discuss complications, developments and sales

• Advise current and prospective clients about destination options

 

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus

• At least 18 months experience in travel

• Passion for Travel, personal travel experiences advantageous

• A strong client focus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent English

• Ability to work under pressure

 

Working holiday visas accepted, Stamp 2 visa applicants will not be considered at this time.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts team! Applicants must be organised, industry aware and have a passion for learning and developing.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of payments

• Preparation of reconciliation

• Cash handling and balancing till receipts from multiple payment sources.

• Monitoring multiple payment queries on an ongoing basis

• Cash and credit card receipting

• Previous experience working with figures

• Previous experience in a cash handling business

•  Excellent communication and organisation skills

Brazilian Programmes Operator

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brazilian Programmes Operator. The desired candidate must be motivated, organised, enthusiastic and be able to work independently with instruction to develop an English Language Programme for the Brazilian Market. Building customer relationships, identify business opportunities, close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Promotion and selling of English language courses to the Brazilian market.

• Proactively identify market opportunities and threats, propose appropriate reaction plans

• Ensure full compliance with all required legislation and internal policies and procedures

• Liaising with partners (Schools/Accommodation/ Insurance etc)

•Assisting, implementing and reporting on Online Marketing Campaigns.

•Creating social media ad campaigns and posts on relevant social media platforms

•Analysing and reporting effectively on sales results

•Providing a high level of customer service to customers

•Responding to customer queries and order fulfilment in a professional manner

•Establish clear and appropriate levels of communications with management and all team members within business development, operations and functional support teams

 

Requirements

•Fluent in English/Portuguese

• Be a confident, self-motivated target driven individual

• Effective communication skills; oral, written, presentation, influencing and negotiation

• Effective strategic, analytical and decision-making skills with innovative and creative ideas

• Be highly enthusiastic with a passion for sales, marketing & customer service

• Ability to work alone & as part of a team

• Entrepreneurial minded

• Experience working with or knowledge of English language courses in Ireland a plus

Long-Haul Manager

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Long-haul Manager to join our Retail department here at Club Travel. The ideal candidate will have the foresight to develop and expand both Budget USA and Escape2 brands!

 

Key Responsibilities

• Development of our long-haul leisure brands with the aim of identifying and creating new sales opportunities

• Working alongside the HR Manager on a recruitment drive to source the market for experienced consultants

• Coaching, training and developing new and existing team members by providing feedback on performance standards and objectives; assists with development plans; and conduct one-on-one meetings on a regular basis

• Serve as a role model to the reservations team by demonstrating outstanding service and expertise on our reservations systems.

• Monitoring work processes to ensure maximum operational effectiveness within their teams

• Be market aware, continually analyse competitors’ prices, products and services to ensure our brands are performing competitively

 

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5 years GDS experience, preferably Amadeus

• Previous experience of managing, motivating and developing a sales team

• Passionate about travel with extensive personal travel experiences

• Positive energy and drive with a "can do" attitude

• Advocate for the team’s success with emphasis on promotion of consistent sale increases

We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Travel Consultant to join our Groups team at Club Travel HRG! Applicants must be organised, industry aware and have a passion for learning and developing.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Providing Travel Management Services to our client base mainly corporate groups

• Booking Flights, Hotels, Car Hire, Rail and other services

• Conversing with your client by phone and email

• Seek feedback from your client to continuously improve the service

• Liaise with your manager to discuss complications, developments and sales

 

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus

• Experience in travel, preferably Corporate reservations

• Passion for Travel

• A strong client focus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent English

• Ability to work under pressure

• Good organisational skills.
