Gran Canaria

Gran Canaria Holidays

Gran Canaria is the perfect island on which to relax. It's a completely varied destination, and you can enjoy a huge amount of features you normally wouldn't find on such a small island.

A dream destination for beach fanatics, with wonderful sands to enjoy the blazing sunshine on, the most spectacular spot for sunbathing is Maspalomas's jaw-dropping sand dunes, which will leave you stunned, while the warm, friendly atmosphere and spectacular shopping brings tourists back year after year. However, it's not all sun and sand. The island has a spectacular mountainous landscape formed by ancient volcanic activity.

The naturally formed cave structures in the rock faces of the abyss were the homes of the original settlers on the island and is from where many of the historical remains in the museums were excavated.
