1. Santa Ponsa and Magaluf, Majorca
It’s no surprise to see that both Magaluf and Santa Ponsa have made it on our list of the best place to go on cheap clubbing holidays from Dublin. A favourite for Irish students, Magaluf contends with Ibiza when it comes to club nights, home to the famous BCM Planet Dance nightclub which is the largest club on the island. BCM hosts famous artists such as Skrillex and Nicky Romero each summer and sets the tone for the entire town. Magaluf (also affectionately known as Shagaluf) has plenty of smaller cheaper bars along the strip where you’ll get drink deals for under a tenner and the atmosphere is just as good as the bigger clubs. Santa Ponsa is Magaluf’s younger brother, just 8km away from Magaluf, Santa Ponsa is full of other Irish people and is perfect if you want a clubbing holiday but want to relax as well. With plenty of great clubs and bars hosting foam parties and drink deals, Magaluf is easily accessible for when you want a wilder night.
2. Playa de Las Americas, Tenerife
Playa de Las Americas is the party capital of Tenerife, it’s not as tacky as Santa Ponsa or Magaluf and is every bit as fun. With a buzzing strip with plenty of clubs and drink deals, cheap restaurants and a gorgeous beach nearby it’s the perfect destination to let off some steam after your exams. The Veronica’s strip is where you’ll find all the major clubs in Playa de Las Americas, a favourite is Tramps, a multi-story dance haven which often has major DJ’s playing through the summer season. Playa de Las America’s is seriously inexpensive with most clubs free in and drink deals being offered by reps to suit any group size. Only a four minute taxi away from the centre of Playa de Las Americas is the amazing Siam Park water park, voted best in the world on TripAdvisor, this Thai themed water park won’t disappoint with a massive selection of amazing waterslides and pools, it’s definitely a must do when in Tenerife.
3. San Antonio, Ibiza
The clubbing capital of the world, Ibiza is a party resort like no other. This is 24/7 mayhem with Ibiza’s nightclubs being the biggest in the world, there really is nowhere like Ibiza. Major names like Ocean Beach, Ushuaïa, Pacha and Ibiza Rocks are world famous and between pool parties, boat cruises and club nights are sure to offer you the time of your life. San Antonio is a great place to stay as it’s full of inexpensive hotels and a cheaper strip called the West End which has an enormous amount of cheaper bars and clubs to choose from if you’re not willing to fork out all that money. With most clubs setting you back around €50 to get in, it can quickly burn a hole in your pocket so make sure you book your young and lively sun package holidays well in advance to save money.
4. Albufeira, Algarve
Albufeira has so much going for it, beautiful beaches, amazing weather and a buzzing strip full of great bars. Not as wild as Magaluf or Ibiza, Albufeira is perfect for your first holiday alone and you can party as much as you want or take it easy and relax after the exams. Bars on the Albufeira strip open until dawn so you can dance until the sun rises and indulge in the ridiculously cheap drink deals. A must do when in Albufeira is to take part in a booze cruise, these boat parties start early in the day and explore the shores of the coast, DJ’s keep you dancing and with drinks and food included it’s the full package. The boat stops half way through the party so that you and your friends can jump off and cool down in the crystal clear water. 5. Ayia Napa, Cyprus

Ayia Napa is regarded as one of the best clubbing destinations in Europe, with over eighty clubs and an amazing atmosphere you’ll find bars and clubs playing every kind of music from dance to hip hop and indie music. Start your day off on Nissa Beach where you can catch a tan on white sands and clear off in the clear waters. There are plenty of affordable and tasty restaurants lining the beach and daytime water sport activities like banana boating and jet skiing if you and your friends are feeling brave. At night the busiest clubbing area is the main square and the Ayia Mavris strip, there’s a huge selection of bars and clubs with favourites being Senior Frogs, The Castle Club and Pirates Inn. This is the ideal spot for a wild party holiday.
